1.THE OHEL HAS ITS OWN KEY, SEPARATE FROM THE GATE, and the family next door holds both. That is the whole of the arrangement — see below.
2.THE FAMILY NEXT DOOR HOLDS BOTH KEYS — the gate and the ohel. They keep the cemetery, and there is no office and no arrangement to make in advance: knock at the house beside the ground.
3.It is on ulica Marchlewskiego, on the Warsaw–Katowice road opposite ulica Poniatowskiego, about forty-five kilometres south-west of Warsaw.
4.THE OHEL IS RESTORED AND SO IS THE GROUND. The cemetery was fenced and repaired in 2007, paid for by Renata Singer and the Foundation for the Preservation of Jewish Heritage. Between a hundred and fifty and two hundred matzevos stand, in clear rows facing east — a small fraction of what was here before the Germans, but the rows are legible as rows.
5.The oldest stone is from 1772 on a ground opened in 1763, and burials went on into the war years. Weather has worn the carving down: candles, lions, birds and broken trees are still visible on some of them, and a quarter to a half of the stones are broken or down.

7.SURVEYED COORDINATES. The map point on this listing is the cemetery itself, measured on the ground by the ESJF survey — not a town centre. Where a kever is inside an ohel it will still need finding once you are through the gate, but the gate is now something you can navigate to.
