The Imrei Yosef of Spinka
Who he was
1838–1909. Founder of the Spinka chassidus, known for fiery avodah and simcha. He came to Spinka through his marriage in 1870 and began receiving chassidim there from 1876. His ohel in the village was a known place of tefillah until 5732 / 1972, when his remains were reinterred in the Segulah cemetery in Petach Tikva.
